P.T. Services Rehabilitation recently transitioned to a new EMR (Electronic Medical Records) management system in our clinics to improve patient care. We are excited to offer our patients this new, easy-to-use system with safe access to their personal health records. As we make this move away from paper documents, we ask that you contact the clinic to create an account for access to your new patient portal, where you will have the ability to complete your registration process before arriving for your appointment.
