Workers Safety Training
On-the-job training sessions to review proper body mechanics, including lifting, pushing and pulling as well as sitting and standing postures to reduce stress and strain and to prevent injuries.
Ergonomic Work Site Evaluations
Assessment and recommendations in high injury work stations, including recent materials handling guidelines published by NIOSH and OSHA.
Visual Aids
Provide posters and other visual materials to use during the workers safety training and post at various stations in the plant to emphasize safety and enhance employee awareness.
Physical Capacity Evaluation
- Return to work recommendation
- Rate physical demand characteristics of work
- Reliability and consistency testing
- Two and four hour evaluation increments
- Written report by licensed physical therapist
- Disability determinations
- Functional capacity evaluation/Work tolerance screening
- Inclinometer test (Spinal range of motion)
